TeeChip - Bad, Bad, Bad
I ordered a shirt, when I received it the logo/design was completely off center. It took forever but finally reached someone via email and they sent out a replacement.
Still off center, though not as bad, HOWEVER, there is a large "burn" mark right above the design. The shirt front where the logo/design is feels "crunchy" and super stiff. I would not wear the shirt in public, it looks terrible. After 2+ weeks trying to reach someone I finally went to PayPal (my payment source for all things internet) and filed a claim.
Waiting their customary 10 days that they give the company (Teechip) to respond and then I will get a credit back to my account.
Horrible workmanship, horrible customer service, no follow-through and zero communication. Never again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: a new shirt printed correctly and a full refund.
TeeChip Pros: Nice design idea.
TeeChip Cons: Lack of communication and problem solving.
