Ordered 3 coffee cups. Came in 3 packages.
One was chipped and cracked. Tried several times to call. I never received an order # by email, so I couldn't enter any number but tracking #. Called Teechip several times.
Customer service was "unavailable" and referred me to website. With no order #, I couldn't complete the email to customer service. My Visa was charged $81.94 on 4/19/17. I want refund on the broken cup.
The spaces for entering a complaint include one for Order # and I never received an order number after I had ordered from the Facebook ad. There's a tracking number on the box, but that won't work on the site or when calling the company's number
