@ 7/24/16- ordered a mug & iphone case with a cat design.

Related: Teechip - Nasty Woman 2016 Campaign

Received tracking number promptly.

8/4/16- received package- only mug, no iphone case.

8/4/16- called customer service- spoke to Kate. She stated that TeeChips sometimes issues tracking numbers for an order regardless if all that was ordered was shipped. She investigated & said the iphone case was still in production & i should receive it in @2 weeks.

8/17/16- Still haven't received iphone case. Called customer service twice- in cue for 45 minutes & disconnected. Second time in cue for 1 hour+ & hung up. Sent email to customer service & they told me i received the item with the mug, case closed!!!!

For a $16 purchase, why would TeeChip think i'm lying when their own representative admitted it wasn't shipped with the mug? I have bought a few items from TeeChip and was satisfied, but now? How can i ever do business with them, and i certainly wouldn't recommend TeeChip to anyone! If they end up righting themselves, I'll think about it.

Thank you AMEX for crediting my account. Lesson learned- ether buy thru Amazon but always use AMEX!!!!
