On September 14th I ordered a T-shirt for my class reunion on Oct.7th.

The expected arrival date was to be at the most a week before the reunion. Well, the reunion has come and gone and after several emails I was told by customer service that they didn't know what happened to the shirt. As this shirt was for a special occasion I had no need for it after the reunion. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give them.

Who does that??? This is the first time in all my online shopping experience that a company refused to credit my account.

I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.I would NEVER buy from Teechip again
