It's like talking to a dumb robot. This has been so frustrating.

I ordered 2 t-shirts ($50) for the Women's March and I could see they were not shipping them in time, so I tried to cancel and they said it had already shipped. It had not already shipped, that happened days later, after the Woman's March! A week later the package finally arrived and NO THEY WON'T GIVE REFUND. I tried the CHAT and that was almost worse than the emails!

I have all of their emails that say when to expect the package and when it actually shipped and was received etc.

They say they only exchange or refund if the product is damaged or maybe not the correct product. #TeeChipNotReliable #NeverAgainTeeChip
