The T-shirt was ordered for my mother in law as a gift in an XL, when she tried it on it was slim fitting, and the ad for the t-shirt did not describe the style at all. I tried to go on to the website to enter my order number to report the return, but it kept saying my order number was invalid.

I paid $30 for a t-shirt which is made by Hanes. Now I can not seem to get anyone on the phone with their customer service phone number it just tells you to go to their website.
