I received my shirt, and it was printed on twice and looks like a child made it. They make it impossible to contact them directly, so here I am.

No delivery
This was a case where I ordered 3 items and was only sent 2 of them although charged for all three. Their phone is disconnected I have sent two emails and have not had a response.
Only partial delivery. I ordered two tee shirts and a golf shirt for a total of $108.76.
In the mail, I received only the two tee shirts. I am waiting for the polo shirt.

When I first ordered the item they said they weren't taking PayPal at that time try a different way so did then I see it was charged on my PayPal now I have it on PayPal and my credit card. I want to cancel the one from you on PayPal for 30.94. can you please respond to this message thank you I was under the impression that PayPal would not except the order at that time.

I never got a confirmation email for my order so I dont have any way to contact anyone about my order because they need an order number and I dont have one and when I try any of the phone numbers they are not in order!!! So how are you supposed to resolve your issue?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted PayPal and then the company didn't want trouble with PayPal so they offered the refund and I took it.
Didn't have to return the misprinted shirt. Vowed never to use them again.

I got the wrong size t-shirt.

I ordered an extra small child size t-shirt, a small came. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift or my granddaughter.
All I want is to exchange the t-shirt, but I can't get anyone to answer on any of the numbers on the website. I never got a confirmation email, so I don't have an order number which you need if you want to send an email.
I found the t-shirt on facebook, so I will let them know how poor this company is if you have a proble or complaint.
