I ordered a really nice case that looked like tan leather and a dragonfly in amber. I received a piece of plastic with foreign words that may have cost two pennies to produce.
Emails are a mess as is the website. I want my money back or the cover I actually ordered. If I don’t get satisfaction I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and to Facebook.
The Post Office May also be interested as it could be considered mail fraud. Teechip shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on social media based on the number of people being ripped off.
