I did purchase an iphone 7 case which was allegedly sent on the 2nd of February, 2018 to Mexico City. Today is 26th of March, 2018 and I still haven't received my case.
I asked why I haven't received my product and they said "DHL lost it while in transit" I said I didn't want the product anymore and I wanted a refund, to what they answer they couldn't give me my money back so they re send me another case.
I'm still waiting for that supposed shipment, which no one knows anything at all.
They provide a false customer service number and they rarely reply emails properly.
Worst experience ever!
