I ordered and item and after placing the order I was told the it would take more that 2 weeks to process the order and another 2 weeks or more to ship it . Called to cancel and I was put on hold for 30 minutes.
The agent finally answer and refused to cancel the order. I asked to speak to the supervisor and again, I was on hold for 30 minutes but this time the phone call was disconnected.
Very poor customer service and customer experience!!
I will never buy anything again from this company and I would suggest to stay away from them!
