TeeChip - Terrible quality, worse customer service
I ordered a women's t-shirt in January, was delivered 2 days ago. I was shocked at the cheap, poor quality, t-shirt they used.
It's very rough, stiff and I started itching when I tried it on. Even my biker husband said the material felt like sandpaper. They are refusing to allow me to return the shirt and get my money back (over $36.00). If you look at the reviews on this business, 98% are terrible.
I could not find a Customer Service email or telephone number, so I sent an email to the "contact me" option. Emailed my request to return the shirt. Received a response stating the do not do refunds (makes sense because no one would keep their items due to the cheap materials).
Tee Chips agent wrote that if the shirt was 'damaged" they would exchange it. I find their business practices inexcusable.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $34.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
