Not resolved

I ordered a mug in April of 2015.I still don't have it.

It is November. I've contacted them multiple times, I still don't have the order. I keep having to initiate contact, since they can't follow up. My order finally got a "shipped" status in October...the tracking number does not come doesn't exist on the shipping website.

So again, I have to contact Teechip again and I get nowhere...they are very unhelpful and seriously?

They can't figure this *** out in 8 months?Anyway, never shopping there again...this process has been a waste of money and time...for a product that has not been, and I fear, will never be received or resolved.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "how about all of the above" of teechip mug and associated monetary loss in the amount of $20. Teechip needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
