I made an order on 2nd October and I recieved a different item than the one I ordered.I claimed it to Teechip's support e-mail and about 2 weeks later I recieved an answer from a different e-mail asking me to explain why I claimed and add again ALL the info + pics about my case.

I did it, and I waited a new answer.About 2 weeks later (again), I recieved a another answer from a new e-mail (but all of them xxx@teechip.com or xxx@teechip-deskmail.com) asking me AGAIN to explain all the case.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $22. Talin is overall dissatisfied with Teechip. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I did it by third time and I contacted to the Facebook webpage that announced the product, asking for help because the support team was not helping me.By first the guy who managed Facebook's page was friendly and helpful, and answered me, apologizing about his mates attitude.

He contacted them and then I recieved a fourth e-mail from a Teechip's supervisor asking (again D:) for explain everything.I waited again 2 weeks but I had no answer, then I wrote again to Facebook's webpage and the guy apologized again and told me I was going to have an answer in 24 hours, but then 2 hours lates he told that, the Facebook page disappeared lol, so now I can't claim anything
