Teechip - Worst support team ever
I made an order on 2nd October and I recieved a different item than the one I ordered.I claimed it to Teechip's support e-mail and about 2 weeks later I recieved an answer from a different e-mail asking me to explain why I claimed and add again ALL the info + pics about my case.
I did it, and I waited a new answer.About 2 weeks later (again), I recieved a another answer from a new e-mail (but all of them firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com) asking me AGAIN to explain all the case.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $22. Talin is overall dissatisfied with Teechip. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
